Over the course of his fifteen-plus years in ministry, Robert has served as interim pastor for churches in Texas, Virginia, and Missouri. As a Lifeway Certified Transitional Pastor, he has worked with churches through smooth, rough, and crisis transitions. In the transition, the goals are threefold: Lead people to become more like Christ, lead churches to act more like the body of Christ, lead communities to reflect more of the kingdom of God. In doing so, churches reach the end of the transitional time having called a new pastor and ready for ministry in the years ahead.
